Ordering and Payments
To place an order:
Simply select each product you wish to purchase and add to cart. When done, click on the shopping bag icon to checkout. You will be able to fill in your payment, billing and delivery details after.
I want to change my order
Any minor changes, please email us as soon as possible. We cannot change address details once the payment has been processed for security reasons- so ensure you give us all the correct details.
Can I cancel my order?
Order processing can be extremely fast so please make sure you really want what you are ordering. However if you need to cancel your order please email us at simplygothicco@yahoo.com as soon as you can.
Exchange Rates
All our prices are listed in GBP and you will be charged in GBP. If you're outside of the UK, your bank will convert the amount to your local currency. As exchange rates are constantly changing we cannot give an exact amount of how much you will be charged. Please contact your payment provider for more information as they should be able to offer this. We do have a currency changer on our website where you can change the UK prices to your currency however this is only an estimate.
Payment Methods
We accept credit/debit cards along with Paypal, Clearpay and Klarna. We do not accept personal cheques, money orders or direct bank transfers.
